Description

A beautiful, lyrical abstract film visually interpreting the classical composition "Dance of the Hours", produced in Germany in 1938 by the younger brother of Oskar Fischinger. Although Hans had received his film training at the studio of his brother Oskar, and had contributed importantly to the production of the last black-and-white Film Studies, his career as a filmartist was unknown until the recent recovery of this excellent film.
