Description

Kent MacKenzie's The Exiles presents a rare, but troubling portrait of the urban Native American experience. An account of 12 raucous hours in the nightlife of several friends, the film travels through the lost residential neighborhood of Bunker Hill and features classic shots of the Angels Flight trolley, joy-riding through the Third St. tunnel and tribal dancing on 'Hill X' over-looking downtown.
