THE SEA HORSE is a five minute fantasy film about a teen-age girl on a beach who falls asleep wishing for a horse. She awakens to find a horse on the beach that seemingly has come out of the ocean. She is magically lifted onto the horse and rides it madly down the beach; then she is magically lifted off the horse and she falls on the sand. She awakens from her dream at this point to find the sea horse gone, and she runs out into the ocean after him.
