Kevin Rafftery is a documentary filmmaker and innovator of found-footage technique. Raftery attended Harvard University before enrolling in a graduate program at the California Institute of the Arts. In 1982 he directed ATOMIC CAFE, a documentary feature of 1940s and 1950s government propaganda films. Rafferty's credits also include ROGER & ME (1989) and BLOOD IN THE FACE (1991).
